Happy 4th of July!

I would like to apologize for not making the run on Saturday morning. There was a fire in my building on Friday and my apartment took in a lot of smoke. This has left me feeling like I have a horrible case of the flu, but it's getting better every day. I should be there on Saturday, even if I am only walking a few miles.
